RBL FinServe’s Campus Hiring Program is a specialized professional development programme designed to give young graduates hands-on training. Through this program RBL FinServe recruits, develops and engages graduates for leadership positions in the company. The focus is on fast-track, structured development, looking to sustain high levels of performance and maximize potential.
The Management Trainee Programme (MTP) is RBL FinServe’s entry level talent acquisition programme for management trainees. It is a structured twelve-month induction and development programme that exposes the MTs to different aspects of businesses. This programme provides an extensive understanding of business operations and culture to groom them for future leadership roles.
At the conclusion of the program, the MTs are placed in the strategic positions as per their expertise in departments like Finance, Human Resources, Operations & IT.
We are looking for Post-graduates with degree in Business Administration (MSc, MBA), International Management or similar fields. We encourage candidates from Tier 1/2/3/ business schools also to apply.
