Ms. Veena Mankar has over four decades of experience in financial services, with banks, non-banking financial institutions and as a strategy consultant. Ms. Mankar has worked in India and Dubai. Her expertise has been in trade and structured finance, including factoring and forfaiting, and financial inclusion.
Ms. Mankar started her corporate career with ICICI Limited (the project finance institution and pre-cursor to ICICI Bank Limited) and she has worked with leading Indian and international financial institutions. These include Emirates Bank in Dubai, Banque Indo Suez Aval, in the UK, West LB in Germany, Standard Bank of South Africa and FIM Bank in Malta. She has been actively engaged in financial inclusion for over 15 years and has been the founder of two entities under the Swadhaar brand. She continues to lead Swadhaar FinAccess, a non-profit entity, whilst Swadhaar FinServe Limited was acquired by RBL Bank in 2018 and renamed RBL FinServe Limited.
Ms. Mankar serves as a Director on RBL Bank Limited and IDFC Foundation. In the past she has been on the Boards of IDFC First Bank, Liberty General Insurance, Factoring entities in India, Dubai and Egypt and on the Governing Board of Sa-Dhan the micro-finance industry association.
Ms. Mankar holds a BA in Economics from Lady Shree Ram College, University of Delhi, followed by a post-graduation in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. She has travelled extensively as a trainer and speaker at several national and international forums.
Mr. Anal Jain has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry. He was Head of Sales and Marketing at Wipro during its early years when it grew into one of India's largest IT companies. He then set up and headed IBM's India business as President. Later he started and headed Sun Microsystems as CEO and Managing Director, India and South Asia. He has been responsible for heading other leading companies such as BirlaSoft and NetApp India, among others. He continues to mentor several IT companies through NASSCOM, TIE, and his alma mater, IIT Kharagpur. He is a founding Director on the board of Inflow Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Jain has been active in the field of microfinance for over twelve years. He has been an Advisor to Sa-Dhan, the national microfinance industry association. He was formerly Co-Founder and Managing Director of MicroVentures India, a private equity fund focused on the Indian microfinance industry. He also serves on the Boards of various microfinance institutions as an independent Director – Sonata Finance, CreditAccess Grameen Ltd, and RBL Finserve.
Mr. Jain holds a bachelor's degree, B.Tech-Hons. (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a master's degree, M.S. (Electrical Engineering) from Brooklyn Poly, New York City, USA.
Mr. Harjeet Toor is an entrepreneurial business leader with over 24 years of work experience, 22 of which have been in Consumer Banking across NBFC’s and Banks spanning Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. (FICCL), RBS, ABN AMRO Bank and Bank of America. He has worked in leadership roles across varied functions in Marketing, Product Management, Sales & Distribution, Branch Banking and Finance.
In his current role at RBL Bank as Business Head for Cards, Financial Inclusion, Retail & MSME Lending, his core responsibility is to establish a robust client acquisition engine for the bank while building stable and profitable asset portfolios with predictable and attractive returns. He would be responsible for building a franchise that caters to the financial needs of both business and individual customers across varied segments including financial inclusion. His portfolio includes Business Loans, Mortgage-backed Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Working Capital Loans, Credit Cards and microfinance.
An engineer and a management graduate from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, Mr. Toor has built diverse market and client segment expertise across the country with an experience mix of both strategic thinking and frontline execution delivering market share and profit growth for various organisations.
Ms. Jasmeet Srivastava is one of the co-founders & managing partners of The Third Eye, set up the company in 1993, with the aim of bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to consumer market research.
Ms. Srivastava is a management graduate from IIM – Ahmedabad, who, along with her co-promoter Gitanjali, a trained psychologist with a master’s degree from Mumbai University, created this company which is a fusion of diverse skills & shared passion, individual expertise & collective wisdom, uncommon tools & common mission – which is to unearth insights and integrate the world
of consumers, cultures & brands.

Mr. Deepak Kumar is an experienced banker, insolvency professional and an arbitrator, who retired as Chief General Manager from the State Bank of India. He is a post graduate in Mathematics, and also holds an MBA (Finance) as also a law graduate. He was a university gold medalist in both graduate & post graduate levels. He has over 37 years of experience in the banking industry. He has served on the RBI committee for resolution of PMC Bank issues and is also a member of the RBI committee for granting licenses to ARCs.
Mr. Deepak is proficient in all aspects of banking given his long stint across the country in various roles during his long career with SBI. He has had leadership roles in Corporate & MSME Lending, Stress Resolution, retail & branch banking, risk management (including operations risk & Infosec risk), credit policy, and green / sustainable renewable energy financing.
An industrious and compassionate professional, Mr. Muttoo comes with a rich and vast experience of more than two decades in the Banking and Finance spectrum along with half a decade in Rural Markets and Micro Finance.
Mr. Muttoo has extensive leadership and business expertise in various streams like Retail & Commercial Banking, Consumer Finance, Distribution Management, Risk Management, Profit and Loss Ownership and Change Management.
Mr. Muttoo has been associated with top foreign banks and Financial Inclusion organizations like ANZ Grindlays, Standard Chartered, ABN AMRO, RBS, Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd. He firmly believes that “a customer centric business coupled with right technology and operational excellence is the way to expand financial inclusion in India”

Mr. Muttoo holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pune, with further specializations from INSEAD, Singapore and ISB, Hyderabad.
Mr. Palepu Sudhir Rao is a Venture Capital Fund Manager as a Managing Partner of IndusAge & WRVI Capital-India, and a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant with over 40 years of enterprise building experience, first as an entrepreneur, and now as an investor and Independent Director.
He was on the Board of RBL Bank Limited up to January 29, 2020 having spent eight years through its growth phase and getting listed.

Mr. Rao was a key participant in the Indian Capital Market, between 1989 and 1999, a period that saw the emergence of structural change and reforms in the Indian Financial Services and Capital Markets. He was a Founder Director of Karvy Investor Services Ltd., that has been involved in providing Investor Services. He has served on the Board of Bank of Punjab Ltd. as an Independent Director before it was merged with Centurion Bank Ltd.
